The Gate Valve operates by the vertical movement of a gate (wedge) within the valve body. When fully open, the gate is completely removed from the flow path, ensuring zero resistance and maximum flow capacity. It is primarily used for isolation (On/Off) service rather than throttling.

| Size Range | 1/2" to 12" (DN15 to DN300) |
| Pressure Class | 150#, 300#, 600#, 1500#, 2500# |
| Design Standard | BS 1873 / ASME B16.34 |

The Globe Valve is designed for regulating flow in a pipeline. It consists of a movable disk-type element and a stationary ring seat in a generally spherical body. The disc moves linearly to control the size of the opening through which the fluid flows, making it ideal for precise throttling and frequent operation.
| Type | Swing, Lift, Piston, Ball Type |
| Size Range | 1/2" to 24" (DN15 to DN600) |

| Design Standard | BS 1868 / API 6D / ASME B16.34 |
| End Connections | Flanged, BW, SW, Screwed |
The NRV (Check Valve) is a self-actuated valve that allows fluid to flow in only one direction. When the pressure in the desired direction exceeds the cracking pressure, the disc opens. If the flow reverses, the pressure of the backflow (combined with gravity or a spring) closes the disc, preventing contamination and protecting pumps/equipment.

| Body Material | WCB, LCB, CF8, CF8M, Forge Steel |
| Seat Material | PTFE, RPTFE, PEEK, Metal-to-Metal |
The Ball Valve uses a hollow, perforated, and pivoting ball to control flow. When the ball's hole is in line with the flow, it's open; when it's pivoted 90-degrees by the valve handle, it's closed. This quarter-turn operation makes it the most popular choice for fast, reliable, and tight shut-off.
| Lining Material | PFA, FEP, PVDF, ETFE |
| Body Material | WCB, CF8, CF8M (Lined inside) |
| Size Range | 1/2" to 12" (DN15 to DN300) |
| Lining Thickness | 3mm to 5mm (As per standard) |
| Design Standard | ASME B16.34 / BS EN 12516 |
Designed for highly corrosive fluids, these valves feature a metallic body with an internal lining of fluoropolymer (PFA/FEP). The lining covers all wetted parts, ensuring that the metallic body never comes in contact with the aggressive media. The ball and stem are also fully encapsulated for maximum protection.
| Type | Wafer, Lug, Flanged Design |
| Construction | Centric, Double/Triple Eccentric |
| Size Range | 2" to 72" (DN50 to DN1800) |
| Pressure Rating | PN10, PN16, Class 150# |
| Seat Material | EPDM, Nitrile, Viton, PTFE |
The Butterfly Valve is a rotary motion valve used to stop, regulate, and start flow. The "butterfly" is a metal disc mounted on a rod. When the valve is closed, the disc is turned so that it completely blocks off the passageway. When the valve is fully open, the disc is rotated a quarter turn so that it allows an almost unrestricted passage of the fluid.
| Body Material | SS316, SS316L (Mirror Polish) |
| Seal Material | Medical Grade Silicone, EPDM |
| Surface Finish | Ra < 0.4μm (Sanitary Finish) |
| Size Range | 1" to 12" (DN25 to DN300) |
| Connection | Tri-Clamp, SMS, DIN Union |
Designed specifically for the pharmaceutical and food industries, these valves prioritize hygiene. The surface is polished to a mirror finish to prevent bacterial growth. The "sandwich" type design allows for easy dismantling and cleaning (CIP/SIP), ensuring that no product residue remains inside the valve body.
| Type | Wafer, Lug, Double Flanged |
| Size Range | 2" to 48" (DN50 to DN1200) |
| Pressure Rating | Class 150# to 2500# |
| Design Standard | API 594 / API 6D |
| Retainer Type | Retainerless Design available |
The Dual Plate Check Valve uses two spring-loaded plates hinged on a central pin. When flow starts, the plates open. When flow stops, the springs quickly close the plates before any backflow can occur. This rapid closure significantly reduces the risk of water hammer compared to standard swing check valves.
| Design | Spring Assisted Disc Design |
| Size Range | 1/2" to 12" (DN15 to DN300) |
| Pressure Rating | PN10 to PN64, Class 150-600 |
| Body Material | WCB, CF8, CF8M, SS316 |
| End Style | Wafer type (Short face-to-face) |
The Non Slam Disc Check Valve is designed to close silently and quickly. It features a spring-loaded disc that closes as soon as the forward flow velocity decreases to zero, before the flow actually reverses. This "pre-emptive" closure prevents the disc from slamming against the seat, which is the primary cause of water hammer and pipeline vibration.
| Design Standard | MSS SP-81 / ASME B16.34 |
| Size Range | 2" to 48" (DN50 to DN1200) |
| Pressure Rating | 150#, PN10, PN16 |
| Body Material | CI, WCB, CF8, CF8M, SS316 |
| Gate Material | SS304, SS316 (Hardened edge) |
The Knife Edge Gate Valve is designed for handling thick slurries and solids. It features a sharpened "knife" edge on the gate which is capable of cutting through heavy liquids, fibrous materials, and sludge. When the valve closes, the edge slices through the media to ensure a tight seal against the seat, preventing clogs.
| Type | Y-Type, T-Type, Simplex Basket |
| Size Range | 1/2" to 24" (DN15 to DN600) |
| Pressure Rating | Class 150# to 600#, PN16-PN40 |
| Body Material | CI, WCB, CF8, CF8M |
| Screen/Mesh | SS304, SS316 (40 to 400 Mesh) |
Strainers are essential for protecting downstream equipment by removing unwanted solids from the flow. As fluid enters the strainer, it passes through a high-strength mesh screen. The screen traps debris, scale, and particles while allowing the clean fluid to pass through. Y-Strainers are ideal for steam/gas, while Basket strainers are preferred for liquid lines with high debris load.
| Design Standard | ASME Section I & VIII / API 526 |
| Size Range | 1/2" x 1" to 12" x 16" |
| Set Pressure | Up to 400 Bar (Customizable) |
| Body Material | WCB, WC6, CF8M, Bronze |
| End Connections | Flanged, Screwed (NPT/BSP) |
Safety Relief Valves are the last line of defense in a pressurized system. When the system pressure reaches the pre-set limit, the valve automatically opens to vent excess pressure (gas, steam, or liquid). Once the pressure drops back to a safe level, the valve closes. This prevents catastrophic failure, tank ruptures, and equipment damage.
