Industrial Gate Valve

Precision Forged & Heavy Duty
Body MaterialWCB, CF8, CF8M, Duplex Steel
Size Range1/2" to 24" (DN15 to DN600)
Pressure Class150#, 300#, 600#, 1500#, 2500#
Design StandardAPI 600 / API 603 / ASME B16.34

Working Principle

The Gate Valve operates by the vertical movement of a gate (wedge) within the valve body. When fully open, the gate is completely removed from the flow path, ensuring zero resistance and maximum flow capacity. It is primarily used for isolation (On/Off) service rather than throttling.

Industrial Non Return Valve (NRV)

Backflow Prevention Specialist
TypeSwing, Lift, Piston, Ball Type
Size Range1/2" to 24" (DN15 to DN600)
Pressure Class150# to 2500#
Design StandardBS 1868 / API 6D / ASME B16.34
End ConnectionsFlanged, BW, SW, Screwed

Working Principle

The NRV (Check Valve) is a self-actuated valve that allows fluid to flow in only one direction. When the pressure in the desired direction exceeds the cracking pressure, the disc opens. If the flow reverses, the pressure of the backflow (combined with gravity or a spring) closes the disc, preventing contamination and protecting pumps/equipment.

Working Principle

The Non Slam Disc Check Valve is designed to close silently and quickly. It features a spring-loaded disc that closes as soon as the forward flow velocity decreases to zero, before the flow actually reverses.
