Industrial Pneumatic Fitting

Push-to-Connect Automation
TypePush-In, Push-On, Quick Release Couplings
MaterialNickel Plated Brass, POM, Stainless Steel
Tubing CompatibilityPU, Nylon, PE, PTFE (4mm to 16mm)
Max PressureUp to 15 Bar (220 PSI)
Seal MaterialNBR, Viton, EPDM

Working Principle

Pneumatic push-in fittings utilize an internal stainless steel gripping collet and an O-ring. When a pneumatic tube is pushed into the fitting, the collet firmly grips the tube's outer diameter while the O-ring creates a perfect air-tight seal. Pushing the release collar easily disengages the collet for quick tube removal.
