Industrial Pneumatic Ball Valve

Fast Acting Automation
Body MaterialWCB, CF8, CF8M, SS316
Size Range1/2" to 12" (DN15 to DN300)
Pressure Class150#, 300#, PN16, PN40
Actuator TypeRack & Pinion, Scotch Yoke (Single/Double Acting)
End ConnectionsFlanged, Threaded, Socket Weld

Working Principle

The Pneumatic Ball Valve uses a compressed air-driven actuator to rotate a spherical ball with a bore through its center. When the valve is open, the bore aligns with the flow path. The pneumatic actuator provides rapid, precise 90-degree quarter-turn operation, making it ideal for automated on/off control in remote or hazardous areas.

Industrial Pneumatic Butterfly Valve

Compact Flow Control
Body MaterialCast Iron, WCB, CF8, CF8M
Size Range2" to 24" (DN50 to DN600)
Pressure ClassPN10, PN16, 150#
Actuator TypePneumatic Rotary (Rack & Pinion)
Seat MaterialEPDM, Nitrile, PTFE, Viton

Working Principle

Combining the compact, lightweight design of a butterfly valve with the speed of a pneumatic actuator, this valve offers efficient quarter-turn on/off or modulating control. The disc sits in the center of the pipe, and the pneumatic actuator rotates it 90 degrees to fully open or close the flow, making it ideal for large volume flows with minimal pressure drop.

Industrial Electrical Actu. Butterfly Valve

Precision Motorized Control
Body MaterialCast Iron, DI, WCB, SS316
Size Range2" to 36" (DN50 to DN900)
Actuator Power24V DC, 220V AC, 380V AC
Control ModeOn-Off / Modulating (4-20mA)
Enclosure ClassIP67, IP68, Explosion-proof options

Working Principle

Electric actuated butterfly valves use an electric motor connected to a gear train to slowly rotate the disc. Unlike pneumatic valves, they do not require a compressed air supply. They are perfect for precise flow modulation, remote SCADA integrations, and installations where air lines are impractical.

Industrial Control Valve

High Accuracy Regulation
Valve TypeGlobe, Plug, or Rotary
ActuationPneumatic Diaphragm, Electric Motor
Control Signal4-20mA, HART, Fieldbus
Trim DesignLinear, Equal Percentage, Quick Open
Body MaterialWCB, WC6, CF8, CF8M, Duplex

Working Principle

Control valves continuously regulate the flow rate, pressure, or temperature of fluid based on signals received from a PLC or process controller. The actuator moves the valve plug with extreme precision to vary the size of the flow passage, thereby maintaining process variables exactly at their setpoints.
